Barmes Design wants you to have full enjoyment of your purchase. All genuine complaints will be handled with care quickly and efficiently. Keep in mind we do not allow replacement for change of mind.

Returns make us sad, but we make them easy.
We stand by our products, so no hard feelings. Whether there’s a defect or damage from shipping, we’re happy to accept returned items.
Just make sure to let us know within 30 days of delivery that you plan to return the item, and we'll provide you with a shipping label to send it back for free. Once we receive your return, you’ll get a refund applied to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
